New features:

  • The data services received a new parameter "Send result as export". As soon as a data service will be implemented time-controlled, the result with this parameter will be emailed as Excel attachment. The results will not be saved in the SIS or in the CRM. The demand will be implemented without the data image as a basis whereby placeholders like "SourceId" will not be set.
  • With this version, reflecting data services will be introduced for the CRM. For setting up such a data service, the generation of a configuration process in required which will be added to this version. Reflecting data services process data from the same system which is why the SQL connection needs to be configurated for the CRM. The reading SQL access on the CRM does not need to be activated, this option is only relevant for the synchronisation. In combination with the new parameter "Send result as export", the time-controlled sending of SIS reports can for instance be realised.
  • A new transformation step "C# code script" for the development and implementation of individual programming in .Net with C# is available. The existing elements in the script template are condition for the interface and the implementation. In addition, the class can be expanded variously. The implementation takes place in a temporary AppDomain. For the development of own programme codes, the specials of cross-appdomain interaction need to be considered (e. g. lifetime management).
  • New process plugins for the synchronisation of bank details are available. For this, the basic component sets up a new entity in the CRM by parameter. Currently (24.08.16) only for the Office Line version 6.3 (2014).
  • Data services can be connected as individual register cards in the CRM. The invoking will be made by an ASP site with URL paramter (e. g. "SIS/DataServiceRedirect.asp?sis_dataserviceid=14&singl e=1&sistab=Test").


Improvements/Corrections:

  • Correction New Classic: A first transfer with selected number range was not possible if this number range has still not been used.
  • Correction New Classic: If a connected company address has been changed by a person, this has not been recognised as modification of the company.
  • Correction New Classic: The data service plugins for "My CRM" and "Opportunities" have been corrected. If applicable, already generated data services with this plugin need to be regenerated.
  • Correction CRM connection: The demand for multiple selections by webservice delivered an empty result.
  • Correction CRM connection: The demand of not set decimals generated an error notification.
  • Correction Office Line: If a connected company address has been changed by a person, this has not been recognised as modification of the company.
  • Correction WinCarat: If a connected company address has been changed by a person, this has not been recognised as modification of the company.
  • Correction AdHoc transfer for persons: An invoking of the CRM feature leaded to an error notification at persons who have been excluded by the filtration.
  • Transformation CRM translations: The transformation also dissolves multiple selections to their marking code.
  • New process plugins of the extended version for the synchronisation between projects and the entity opportunity or the entity projects are available. Currently (24.08.16) only for the Office Line 6.2 (2014) and 7.0 (2015).
  • The AdHoc transfer has been adapted in the CRM. If no processes are available (e. g. by filtration), however, the basic screen will be provided in order to adapt filtration relevant panels. This enables a two-step transfer process.
  • The CRM components for Office Line and New Classic have been modified a bit regarding screen adaptations.
  • The CRM components for Office Line and New Classic have been reworked regarding the individual transfer.
  • CRM connection: The determination of the CRM scheme has been optimised.
  • SIS administrator: In case, only one connection for source or target is available when regenerating a process, this will be preselected.
  • SIS administrator: In case, only an appropriate process is available when regenerating a data service, this will be preselected.
  • SIS administrator: Search inserts on list pages can be sent by "Enter".
  • SIS administrator: The server connection can be separated and reconnected by context menu.
  • The data images have description data available which can be displayed and searched for the support in the SIS administrator. The generation of the description is dependent on the synchronisation process.
  • Offlice Line: The processes generate description data for data images.
  • New Classic: The processes generate description data for data images. 
  • WinCarat: The processes generate description data for data images. 
  • The SIS server automatically updates the SIS data base after an upgrade. The manual feature remains so that it can be used for instance in case of recovered backups.
  • The Excel export for data services has been reworked. Orientation and data formats will be set according to the scheme.
