  • Bugfix: Global incident processes could not been implemented due to an empty replacement.
  • Bugfix: The summary in the ERP focus will again be provided under the list.
  • Bugfix: The template "CRM company by OL address" has been expanded by a transformation with which the line breaks in a memo panel will be transferred correctly. The transformation requires a manual maintenance of the missing data for upgrades.
  • Bugfix: The editing of an ERP account has been corrected and a valid following URL determined.
  • The CRM connection verifies the structure of a provided data base if applicalbe on CRM chracteristics in order to avoid wrong input.
  • CRM OL processes: The missing of the update date after writing in the CRM will be classified as error and not only as warning. A locked data base table can be a possible reason whereby the writing has not been implemented potentially and needed to be repeated (dependent on the selected behaviour).
  • The status emails have been adapted. Just a summary will only be provided in the text. The complete list will be sent additionally as attachment.
  • If an error occurs when starting the SIS serverstart (e. g. data base server not available), an automatic new start of the SIS server will be implemented after 5 minutes.
  • Saving a data service in the CRM has been opimised by checksum. The writing and deletion of data will be implemented dependent on its checksums whereby the data volume will be limited on actual changes.
  • The parameter "Generate person also without company" from the process "OL contact person by CRM person" has been removed.
  • The installation includes process templates for the further usage of SData panels.
  • The conflict solution "Target has priority" has been adapted. With this solution, it will not be written in the target system, but the current mapping will be updated. Afterwards, a further transfer will not find and transfer a conflict anymore by a new modification. Therefore. deadlocks will be avoided by a wrong configuration (e. g. solution "Target has priority" for both directions).
  • The daily warning email will just only be sent in case warnings and errors occured.
  • The SIS tracking (register card) for company, person and ERP account shows all changes of the record which can be reconstructed by the data memory.
  • The process and data service processing implements an Is-Alive verification for processes and data services. In case, a "In process" record for the current server is not included in the running processes or services, the status "To edit" will be reset.
  • ERP focus: Formattings will be evaluated in the head area.
  • ERP focus: Available data services will be provided as "Register cards" under ERP focus if a data service will be displayed.
  • ERP focus: Filtration and position will not be reset when changing between data services.
  • ERP focus: The register card opens the last shown data service if applicable.
  • ERP focus can be integrated as website in Control-Center/Cockpit.
  • SIS administrator: The separation of messages between process, server, administrator etc. has been reworked in order to optimise the performance and the resources behaviour.
  • SIS administrator: Passwords will just only be displayed hidden.
  • SIS administrator: Optimising of the list features for records and similar.
  • SIS administrator: Export feature for records.
  • The application server module for the Office Line delivers extensive error notifications to the SIS.
  • The designation and feature of the panel "Internal name" has been changed to "Description". The content is only visible for administrators.
