The SAGE CRM Integration Server

The Concept

The SAGE CRM integration server, abbreviated SIS, is a multiple scalable server solution for the integration of diverse end systems.

The connection to the end systems, the synchronisation and the report support will be implemented as a plug-in and can be combined variously in the server application.

The technological basis of the SIS is the net framework and an MS SQL data base.

The Architecture

Each SIS of the server framework administrates its own plug-ins, will be configured separately and creates besides the global records, local log files via its activities.

The scaling in the framework can be configured related to load or tasks. All servers share one data base in which the configuration, system figures, records and security copies will be stored.

The communication of all parts of the integration will be carried by TCP/IP.
