General changes and corrections

  • SIS administrator: The process status does not any longer update the process list directly. This will now be implemented by a 3s-timer.
  • SIS administrator: The marking "active time-controlling" will not be overtaken when copying processes.
  • SIS administrator: Not all lists in the queue dialogue have implemented the multi context menu.
  • SIS administrator: The grouping of processes now requires 3 processes of the same plugin.
  • SIS administrator: During the test drive, there was an error in the individual step mode with the transformation "Demand data".


Sage CRM

  • The version 2018 will be supported.
  • The demand of the data scheme uses the source "Custom_Tables" for the determination of ID columns. Thereby, own entities will also be supported completely.
  • The reloading of the target record when setting the primary address has been limited to the individual record (without address, phone and email).
  • Before writing the target scheme in the CRM, it will be verified if an ID column is available.
  • For the CRM version 2017 and higher, the new ERP focus 2.0 is available. The conversion will be implemented by the component SisCrm.zip. Some formatting parameter will not be evaluated anymore with the new ERP forcus and are marked correspondently. The new ERP focus is characterised by an innovative list display which include for instance a grouping feature and an expanded filtration feature.


Sage 100 / Office Line

  • Email proof allocations can be synchronised with Sage 100 (table kind of proofs communication allocation). So, for instance certain email addresses for kind of proofs can be administrated in the CRM at the company.
  • Correction: Failed records have not been included in the repeat queue.
  • The "OfficeLineSetup" of the SIS includes a feature for deactivating the change tracking. This can be required for live updates with data base update if this announces a problem. With the installation of the OfficeLine setup, the change tracking will reactivated afterwards.
  • In tracking processes, the ID list will be transferred to the next following process. Therefore, even the follower of the follower etc. receives the ID of the releaser and based on this, it can select its records. Hence, it can for instance be established a chain of company, person and account at which the persons or the accounts will be selected based on the company.
  • A new process parameter "Follower only by AdHoc" is available. Therefore, the implementation of the following process can be limited on the start type AdHoc.
  • The current account template in the process "CRM person by S100 address" can be selected by a source/transformation column. For this, the column name needs to be determined in the general settings.
  • The current account template in the process "CRM account by S100 current account" can be selected by a source/transformation column. For this, the column name needs to be determined in the general settings.
  • The demands of the application server have been adapted so that not used columns will not be transferred.


Sage New Classic

  • Correction: Failed records have not been included in the repeat queue.

WinEV
