General changes and corrections

  • The time range for the implementation of data services has been shorten from 5 to 3 seconds.
  • The time range for the implementation of processes has been shorten from 5 to 2 seconds.
  • The push-messages system of processes and data services has been transformed from a time implementation to a passive age verification. Each new message in the queue verifies if the first message is older than 1 second. If yes, the whole queue will be sent.
  • The loading behaviour of processes and data services has been optimised in the SIS administrator.
  • The ERP focus is also available at standard account and tickets.
  • Data services for the standard account and tickets are included in the SQL parcel.
  • The target ID for data services can be overloaded in the CRM. The record ID is standard. The required translation SisCrm / TargetIDField## needs to include the column name of the particular entity.
  • The error notifications in the test drive of a transformation have been completed.
  • ERP focus: The head area and the detailed output have been adapted. The parameter "Show" and "Column wide" will be considered and an empty marking removes panel names inclusive colon.
  • The SIS administrator received a small facelifting.
  • Processes and data services have a new characteristic "Time-controlling has been activated". This characteristic is not dependent on the queue, but it will be set by the manual activation/deactivation of the time-controlling. In the SIS administrator, this processes and data services will be displayed differently. In case, the time-controlling is activated and no queue is available, a warning symbol will be provided.
  • The SIS server has a new option for the automatic reactivation of processes and data services. In case, a process or data service has the characteristic "Time-controlling has been activated", however, no entry in the queue is available, the necessary entries will be generated daily at 6 a.m.
  • ERP focus: Connections on CRM entities have not been opened as a whole window by the Control-Center.
  • ERP focus: Rights on data services have not been evaluated by the usage in the Control-Center or as an own register card.
  • For data services, standard values can be defined for filtrations. For the usage, the comparison operator and if applicable a value need to be provided. Furthermore, the particular column needs to be included in the filtration area. The standard filtration will be evaluated by the first invoking of a data service or by resetting the filtration.
  • ERP focus: The drill dialogue can be closed by the escape key.
  • ERP focus: The filtration of date values will now be supported by a "Date picker".
  • The connection plugins deliver a step-by-step feedback for the already read data when demanding data. The step width is 50 records.
  • SIS administrator: The export feature of processes and data services presents the name and adjusts the XML data of ID values and parameter.
  • Maintenance process: The timeout for the deletion of the data has been increased.


Sage 100 / Office Line:

  • All demands by ID values will be set in quotation marks. (error source address eq -3)
  • Current accounts cannot be regenerated by the account entity through the consitency verification.
  • The hashtag symbol leaded to errors in the demands at the Office Line and has now been dealt with additionally.
  • The template "CRM account by OL current account" has been adapted for older CRM versions.
  • The conflict verification of the direction OL by CRM interprets the version number 0 as a not available version.
  • The data service templates of sales proof items and representative turnovers have been adapted.
  • The process template of price lists has been adapted.
  • For the representative turnovers, a data service template is available in order to invoke the proof items. The proof number can be used as a drill column.
  • A process template for the update of opportunity amounts is available. As this one is based on the demand plugin, an extended version is required.


Sage New Classic:

  • The turnover panels for company and account have been included in the list of basic columns.
  • The list of the supported scheme objects has been expanded. These can for instance be used by transformation "Demand data". Example: Table "Representatives".
  • The timeout for demands can be configurated in the connection.
  • An incorrect salutation has cancelled the transfer. This has been compensated by additional verifications.


Sage Wincarat: 

  • The repitition of contact person and addresses has been interpreted as error whereby the maximum limit for repititions was ineffective.
  • The conflict verification of the direction Wincarat by CRM interprets the version number 0 as a not available version.


Sage CRM: 

  • Emptying a date panel has been ignored by the CRM.
  • Demands to the webservice which include a semi colon at a desired point, will be cancelled by the CRM. The CRM connection replaces the sign by CHAR(59).
  • The CRM version 2017 R1.1 will be supported by the SIS.
