5.8 The synchronisation of several mandates

In a scenario with several mandates, each mandate in the SIS will be displayed with an own connection. Based on this, all synchronisation processes will be defined which always synchronise two connections with each other.

In case, several mandates should be synchronised with one CRM, a distinction criteria for the clear allocation of the data in the CRM is required.

Therefore, the "serial number of the mandate" will be used in the SIS which needs to determined for each process. This number is thereby not in connection with if applicable available mandate numbers, but will be numbered starting with 1.

During the installation of the CRM components, a maximum amount of mandates will be determined which can also be increased by repeating the installation. This figure controls the generation of SIS panels in the CRM.

The entities company and person include a status panel for each mandate whereby the SIS recognises by which process the record should be synchronised. An exception is thereby the entity "ERP account". A mandate allocation will directly be saved in a panel here as no compression is included for these records.

A process with the serial number "2" verifies the panel "SIS status 2" in the CRM for the selection of the data. A process for the entity ERP account verifies the figure "2" in the panel "SIS mandate".

For uniting several records in one record in the CRM, the compliance regulations will be used for the processes.

This feature is only available with an extended license.

Over here, you can define a demand in the syntax of the target system with which the SIS implements a search. Thereby, you can use source data by a double hashtag notation.
